Coffee orders arrive promptly and any service requests we make are immediately actioned.  It isn't unusual for John to pop in to the office if he is in the area to touch base and ensure our coffee needs are fulfilled. Not sure whether the previous reviewer was perhaps dealing with another company, but I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
